Shreedhanam (श्रीधनम्) is software for India's AMFI-registered mutual fund distributors. It answers questions about funds in plain words, checks whether a fund keeps to its SEBI category, compares plans, shows which funds bought or sold a stock, and writes daily posts that pass AMFI and SEBI advertising rules, in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi. It does not give investment advice.
Who it is for
Mutual fund distributors who look after clients' money: answering their questions, reviewing their funds and staying visible to them, often in Hindi, Gujarati or Marathi. Access is for distributors with a valid ARN. There were 2,07,273 active ARNs in India on 23 October 2026 (see the census).
What it does
- DhanGuru: ask in English, Hindi, Gujarati or Marathi and get an answer in the same language, with the source and date on every figure.
- Fund X-ray: whether a fund keeps to its SEBI category rule, how active it really is, and what the Regular plan costs over Direct.
- Compare: two funds side by side, on the plan the client holds.
- Who's buying: which funds bought, trimmed or exited a stock, from monthly portfolio disclosures.
- Studio: each morning's posts with the distributor's name and ARN, checked against the advertising rules before they can be shared.
Where the numbers come from
Coverage at the data check of 14 October 2026: 54 fund houses, 1,221 live schemes, 41.7 lakh portfolio holding records and 17.5 lakh daily NAV points.
- NAVs: AMFI's daily NAV files.
- Holdings: each fund house's monthly portfolio disclosure.
- Expense ratios, AUM and managers: fund house factsheets and expense-ratio notices.
- Market-cap classes: AMFI's half-yearly list of listed companies.
- Market and regulatory news: NSE, BSE, SEBI and AMFI releases.
Every figure keeps its own date. An AUM from a September factsheet is never shown as if it were as fresh as October's NAV.

The app and its database run on Google Cloud in Mumbai, so data stays in India, encrypted in transit and at rest. Distributors do not upload client portfolios today.
What it does not do
Shreedhanam is not an investment adviser and does not tell anyone to buy, sell or switch. It describes what funds have done and what they hold. DhanGuru declines buy and sell questions, and every answer and post carries SEBI's risk line.
